At Studio J Florals, we want our guests enjoy every bit of their experience. Whether it's finding the perfect home decor item or the perfect floral decor to fit your Special Event we're beyond excited to design with you. We believe in transparency and feel that how we choose to conduct business should be clearly stated. Below you’ll find a few policies for how we prefer to treat our guests and customers and the policies we'll honor through every moment you interact with us. OUR SHIPPING POLICY

When can I expect my order to arrive?

After placing your order we strive to ensure your decor order will arrive no later than 14 days after purchase. We employ shipping services through USPS for National shipping. The majority of our items will be shipped with a flat fee of $6.99/ order. If an order required a shipping vessel larger than 16"x16", additional charges may apply.

Here at Studio J Florals we are constantly striving to reduce our carbon footprint and will aim to use as few resources necessary while we are still able to ensure your order arrives safely. 

RETURNS

The Fine Print

While we always hope your order meets your expectations we absolutely want to know as soon as you do if it doesn't. We hope all of our customers give us the opportunity to correct the outcome if the expectation on arrival isn't met. We're happy to offer a full return in the unlikely event an item comes in damaged, the item that arrived isn't the item ordered, or if you simply changed your mind about the item you originally chose, An equal value exchange will also be accepted if you'd like to change the color of the arrangement ordered and an item of similar style and value will be provided once the original item is returned in full. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping. We apologize that we are unable to offer complimentary returns at this time.  For any other questions or concerns we're happy to answer any questions via email at studiojflorals@gmail.com and a customer service representative will reply within 3-4 business days.
